Beginning this quarter, Microsoft is introducing a change  to its New Commerce Experience (NCE) program, allowing CSP partners to transfer end customer NCE subscriptions between direct bill partners and indirect providers midterm. This change aims to provide greater flexibility for partners and customers while MSP to MSP (Indirect Reseller) transfers remain unaffected.
