Microsoft has confirmed Kevin Peesker, president of worldwide small and medium business and corporate markets, will retire at the end of March.
Peesker, a seven-plus-year Microsoft employee departs as Microsoft moves executives in its partner organization following quarterly Azure revenue that came in at the lower end of its guidance.
Microsoft has moved its Global Partner Solutions (GPS) organization into a new Small, Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) organization. SME&C President Ralph Haupter, who assumed the role on February 1st, reports to Microsoft Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer Judson Althoff. Nicole Dezen, Corporate Vice President of GPS and Chief Partner Officer, now reports to Haupter.
