Atlantic, Tomorrow’s Office, a managed services provider (MSP) specializing in areas like managed IT, cybersecurity, and office technology, has acquired BrainSell, a company focused on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions from Sage, Acumatica, Microsoft, Salesforce and SugarCRM.
The MSP’s acquisition strategy appears to be focused on expanding their service offerings to provide more comprehensive business solutions, also known as a “land and expand” strategy.
BrainSell, listed in 2024 as number 72 on Bob Scott VAR 100 with $12.3 million in revenue and 60 staff, has a 30-year history of helping businesses choose and implement the right technology. They partner with major players like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, Acumatica, Sage and others. This experience, combined with Atlantic’s reach and resources, should provide a wider range of services to clients.
BrainSell’s website prominently features the tagline “Let’s f^&*n grow,” reflecting a focus on driving business expansion. The acquisition likely builds upon a growing trend of companies offering bundled services that include both technology and the expertise to use it effectively.
This is Atlantic’s second major acquisition in the business technology consulting and IT services sector, following the acquisition of ACP Technologies. Terms of the sale were not disclosed and the company expects Brainsell to continue operating as a subsidiary.
