The acquisition includes:

– Experienced consulting staff from e2b
– Client support and implementation services

What’s not included:
– e2b’s custom application development business, which will continue operating independently as a Sage and Acumatica Authorized Developer

The move strengthens Net at Work’s consulting capabilities while ensuring continuity for e2b’s clients, who will gain access to expanded hosting and professional services. Both companies emphasized their shared focus on client service and operational efficiency.

For e2b’s existing clients, the transition means access to Net at Work’s broader technology portfolio, including software selection, implementation, managed services, fractional CIO, and hosting services across ERP, CRM, and HRMS solutions.

The deal represents another step in Net at Work’s strategy to expand its business technology consulting and implementation services for small and mid-size businesses.
